What We Don’t Say: Day 6

There are limited opportunities for people to accept the gospel. This isn’t something that people can put off until later as later is not guaranteed. At the same time, I can’t stress this enough. YOU are not going to save anybody. Not a single person ever in your lifetime. GOD is the one that saves someone and they have to make that decision on their own. It doesn’t matter if you beat them over the head with a Bible to repeat your sinner’s prayer just so you would go away, it’s not up to you to tell anyone if they’re saved or not. You are only responsible for sharing your testimony and the gospel and answer any questions you can. You won’t even know your entire life if something that you said turned that light switch on unless you’re lucky and they tell you.

What We Don’t Say: Day 2

You can trust the Bible. If you are unsure of the translation you can read John 3:16:

For God so loved the world, that He gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life.

There are other translations that will take away from that message and it will be like nails scraping on a blackboard when you find them. I throw them out entirely and I don’t find them worth mentioning in here.

Children: Assignment 5

Explain this in your own words:

Deuteronomy 24:16

16Fathers shall not be put to death for their children, nor children put to death for their fathers; each is to die for his own sin.

Deuteronomy 30:19

19This day I call heaven and earth as witnesses against you that I have set before you life and death,  blessings and curses.  Now choose life, so that you and your children may live

Deuteronomy 32:46

46[Moses] said to them, “Take to heart all the words I have solemnly declared to you this day, so that you may command your children to obey carefully all the words of this law.

Common question: Why can’t we all just coexist?

We are all so dead set against each other that our way is the right way and we don’t see it but we’re being divided into two distinguished groups.  Only two.  This divide is cutting through churches, malls, work, homes, families, apartments, Facebook, twitter, etc.  The people that choose life.  And the people that choose death.  And every single one of us are responsible for our own choice.
